WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?



We are seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to develop and refine a technology blueprint that ensures seamless integration across systems, with a focus on the end-to-end Client Journey. The ideal candidate possesses strong solution architecture expertise, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to drive alignment across enterprise architecture and product teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



As a Solutions Architect, you will you will lead solution architecture efforts, ensuring that technology, data, and infrastructure solutions support our client’s business objectives. You will analyze current systems, identify gaps and opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement a future-state architecture that enhances the client experience.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, with expertise in at least two of the following:
    • Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Appian & Salesforce preferred)
    • Application development & APIs
    • Infrastructure & network design
    • Middleware, storage, and database management
  • Strong understanding of agile development and product management methodologiesAbility to influence and manage up.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Ability to unify diverse teams and viewpoints.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate technical language effectively.
  • Financial and asset management industry experience preferred.
  • Relevant industry certifications (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Ownership of Technology Blueprint:  
  • Develop and refine the technology blueprint for the Client Journey
  • Associate blueprint with personas and process mapping.
  • Define future-state architecture to support business outcomes.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Architecture Review Board.
  • Maintain alignment with Enterprise Architecture.
  • Coordinate with product owners and tech leads of supporting systems.
Solution & Technical Architecture Experience:
  • Lead the development of future-state solution architecture to enable business capabilities and optimize technology investments.
  • Analyze the current technology environment to identify critical deficiencies, technical debt, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance on technical decisions and architecture governance.
  • Act as a thought leader and advisor, ensuring solutions align with enterprise-wide strategies.
  • Mentor technical teams and drive digital innovation using emerging technologies.
